LOCATION
The land is situated in a quiet area to the south of West Witton. Access to the land is off Watery Lane which leads directly off the public highway as you leave West Witton along Grassgill.
WATER
Both fields have a natural water supply which is believed to come from Cape Well (spring).
TENURE
The land is offered on a Farm Business Tenancy agreement on terms to be agreed with effect from the 1st April 2025.
PERMITTED USE
The land is available for the purposes of grazing for livestock and has historically been cut for hay.
ASSIGNMENT
The tenancy is to be non-assignable and no subletting is to be allowed.
REPAIRS
The Tenant will be responsible for ensuring that the field barn, boundary walls and fences (as indicated by the inward facing ‘T’ marks on the attached plan) are maintained in a good condition at all times and that the land is maintained in good agricultural condition.
